Experienced Animal Rescue Centre Assistant - Kennels

A dedicated and experienced Kennel Assistant is required to join our Kennel Team.

Applicants must have a genuine affinity with animals and an in‑depth understanding of dogs in particular.

‍

This is a full‑time, permanent position based on a four‑week rolling rota, which includes weekend working. Hours: 8am–5pm, totalling 21 working days in each 28‑day pay period.

‍

The role involves caring for a large number of rescued dogs, equines, goats, and a variety of small animals, so applicants must be comfortable embracing this in avocational capacity. Experience with horses is an advantage.

‍

Due to our rural location in Hadlow Down (near Uckfield, East Sussex), applicants must be able to drive and have access to their own transport.

‍
